I am comfortable

“In shoots prior, I have always chosen a word to challenge myself, encourage me to take up space, and grow into myself.

This year, I was so busy I didn't/couldn't take the same meticulous controlled care I do to plan everything for the session.

So... I went with it, I showed up comfortable, relaxed and as myself.

I have spent a lot of time adjusting to change. Moving in with my partner, job changes, looking towards the future, etc.

My body has changed so much in a year as well. What I used to do to take care of myself has needed to change. This shoot is always a way of self care and a reflection of how far l've come and where I'm going.

Food is my love language and ultimate comfort along with my support system.”
