I am light

“The reason I know this as truth now is because this last year has been one of the darkest seasons of my life thus far.

I’ve experienced deep loss, painful change and have been on the receiving end of misplaced wrath that never belonged to me.

Every time one of these things hit me, it would cause a crack in my shell. Over and over again I got hit and I continued to crack open. But instead of falling apart, I was shocked to discover that the cracks were only revealing that I was filled with the brightest light.

This powerful element has helped me to begin healing myself, a self that I believe I am seeing with clear eyes for the first time.

Light is about letting go of burdens that are no longer yours to carry. Light is about being your own source of energy. Light is about illuminating truths for others to see too.” - Steph
